The Plentywood operation sits on 4.45 acres on the West edge of Plentywood and features a Stephans 8 yard batch plant with 24" conveyors, 3 - 100 ton overhead storage bins, a 30,000 LB. Thurman Dial Aggregate Scale, and all the additive and material handling equipment needed for efficient operation, enclosed in a heated 20' x 26.5' building with a 24' x 60' loading building.
The facility also includes a heated 50' x 103' shop, a 16' x 20' office, and a 16' x 30' cold storage building.
The Scobey operation includes 12 lots on Highway 13 on the North side of Scobey and features a Fast Way Batch Plant and 47 ton, Self-Erecting, Portable Silo.
The Plant includes a 50 gpm
water meter, 25,000 LB. Dial Scale, 220 volt, 3 phase power
& controls, aeration system, heavy duty air dump, and
clearance light. Both units were sandblasted and painted in
1997.
The
business is comprised of everything you need for a successful
Ready-Mix, Sand, & Gravel Operation. The Truck, Heavy
Equipment, and Screening equipment is well maintained and in
excellent operating condition. All equipment has complete
